Cancellation Policy: All FlexMed PLLC memberships require a minimum six-month commitment and at least 30 days’ written notice prior to cancellation. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled. Early termination before six months may result in a fee equal to the remaining balance of the initial term. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, though prorated refunds may apply if FlexMed PLLC discontinues services. Membership changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

FlexMed PLLC provides medical care through secure telemedicine platforms in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. FlexMed PLLC may refuse or terminate care if a patient’s behavior or actions violate professional standards, safety, or legal obligations. Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency care — in an emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, or when required by law. We use encrypted systems and secure servers to protect your data, and only authorized personnel have access to your medical information. You have the right to request access to, corrections of, or restrictions on your medical records at any time.
